Ihr Arbeitsgebiet:
Cash Markets Services sorgt für die sichere, integre und effiziente Erbringung unserer Dienstleistungen für Kunden der Kassamärkte der Deutschen Börse (Handelsplätze der Frankfurter Wertpapierbörse: Xetra und Börse Frankfurt) sowie unserer Partnerbörsen in Europa. Wir gewährleisten den ordnungsgemäßen Handel und bieten ein funktionales Kundenhelpdesk.
Im System Control Team stellen Sie sicher, dass T7 und Instrument bezogene Trading-/Referenzdaten fachlich korrekt, technisch stabil und jederzeit regelkonform umgesetzt sind – im täglichen Betrieb genauso wie bei Changes und Releases. Sie arbeiten an Themen mit direktem Einfluss auf den Marktbetrieb: präzise, verantwortungsbewusst und mit kühlem Kopf, wenn es darauf ankommt.

Ihre Verantwortlichkeiten:

  • Sie setzen Änderungen an T7-Konfigurationen sowie Instrumenten- und Trading-Referenzdaten sicher um, inklusive Plausibilisierung und Qualitätssicherung
  • Sie bewerten Anforderungen aus Handel/Produkten, IT und Regelwerk und übersetzen diese in saubere, nachvollziehbare Umsetzungen (inkl. Dokumentation/Audit-Trail)
  • Sie behalten regulatorische und regelwerksseitige Entwicklungen im Blick, leiten Auswirkungen auf Prozesse/Systeme ab und bringen Anpassungen strukturiert in die Umsetzung
  • Sie begleiten Corporate Actions und stellen sicher, dass handelsrelevante Parameter fristgerecht, korrekt und regelkonform gepflegt sind
  • Sie unterstützen IPOs aus Operations-Sicht: Instrumenten-Setup, Abstimmung der Abläufe mit den Beteiligten (z. B. Stabilisierung) und sichere Umsetzung unter Zeitdruck
  • Sie erbringen marktbetriebliche Services für angebundene Partnerbörsen in enger Koordination mit internen und ausgewählten externen Schnittstellen
  • Sie arbeiten in Change-/Projektvorhaben mit (Migrationen, neue Datenprozesse, Tests, Go-Lives) und sorgen dafür, dass Veränderungen stabil im Betrieb ankommen
  • Sie identifizieren Potenziale zur Automatisierung und Prozessverbesserung (z. B. Power Automate, datengetriebene Ansätze, KI-unterstützte Workflows) und bringen diese pragmatisch voran

Ihr Profil:

  • Sie haben Ihr Studium im Bereich Finanzwirtschaft, Wirtschaftsinformatik, MINT oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet erfolgreich abgeschlossen
  • 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einem börsen-/trading nahen Umfeld oder in einer vergleichbar komplexen, system- und datengetriebenen Operations-Rolle
  • Freude an der Kombination aus Technik, Kapitalmarkt-/Produktverständnis und Regulatorik/Regelwerk sowie die Fähigkeit, Anforderungen sauber zusammenzubringen
  • Starkes Qualitätsbewusstsein und ein Auge für Details was Ihnen hilft Unstimmigkeiten zu erkennen, bevor sie Wirkung entfalten
  • Sie denken logisch und strukturiert, bleiben auch bei parallelen Themen ruhig und treffen saubere Entscheidungen
  • Sie kommunizieren klar und verbindlich, auch über viele Schnittstellen hinweg
  • Sie verfügen über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Plus, aber kein Muss: Erfahrung mit Corporate Actions/IPO-Prozessen, Instrumentendaten, Release-/Go-Live-Setups oder Automatisierung (Power Automate, SQL, Python o. Ä.)
