Werkstudent (m/w/d) / Working Student HR – Office Management & Social Media / Employer Branding

We're looking for a proactive and creative Working Student HR – Office Management & Social Media / Employer Branding to support our HR team in day-to-day operations. In this role, you'll focus on office management activities as well as social media and employer branding initiatives, ensuring smooth coordination of office-related tasks while contributing to the company's visibility and attractiveness as an employer.

What you'll do

  • Support the HR team with administrative and organizational tasks
  • Handle incoming parcels and distribute mail (physical and email)
  • Coordinate office-related tasks
  • Support the organization of internal events
  • Create and prepare social media posts for LinkedIn and Instagram
  • Conduct employee spotlights/interviews and support employer branding initiatives
  • Assist with updates for employer branding and internal communication activities
  • Provide support during internal events and HR initiatives
  • Be present in the Hamburg office 2–3 days per week

What you'll need

  • Enrollment as a university student (preferably in HR, Communications, Marketing, or related fields)
  • Fluent German and English skills
  • Interest in HR operations, office management, and social media/employer branding
  • Creative mindset; initial experience with social media content creation is a plus
  • Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva) are beneficial
  • Service-minded, structured, and reliable working style
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
  • Availability of approx. 20 hours per week; on-site presence in Hamburg required 2–3 days per week
