Dans le cadre du développement de nos activités, nous recherchons un/e Qualification Engineer prêt/e à relever le défi d'assurer la qualification de nos équipements et de contribuer à l'excellence opérationnelle de notre site.

  • Piloter les activités de qualification des équipements (fabrication, conditionnement et laboratoires), utilités et procédés (rédaction des protocoles, exécution et suivi des tests IQ/OQ/PQ, gestion des non-conformités).
  • Rédiger des analyses de risque en lien avec les équipements de production
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes production, maintenance, qualité et R&D pour garantir le bon déroulement des projets de validation
  • Rédiger et maintenir à jour la documentation technique et qualité (protocoles, rapports de qualification, procédures) en lien avec les équipements
  • Exécuter des revues périodiques et/ou requalification dans le but de maintenir les équipements dans leur statut validé
  • Participer aux inspections et audits clients
Um diese Rolle erfolgreich zu meistern, suchen wir nach folgenden Qualifikationen:
  • Formation Technique ou Ingénieur (mécanique, biotechnologie, chimie, physique, biologie) ou équivalent
  • Min. 3 ans d`experience réussie dans un environnement industriel GMP (idéalement pharmaceutique)
  • Maîtrise des principes de qualification et validation (DQ/FAT/IQ/OQ/PQ).
  • Connaissance des référentiels qualité et des exigences réglementaires (GMP, ISO, etc.).
  • Compréhension des procédés de production et des systèmes automatisés.
  • Langues française et anglaises lues, parlées et écrites
