Requirements
Your Role & Responsibilities

As a
GenAI Technical Lead
, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping Unit8's GenAI strategy, designing cutting-edge solutions and implementing them (including coding), and driving business growth alongside our clients and teams.

Minimum necessary requirements- You have a work authorization with respect to the location you are applying for.
- You can code without the help of any AI-assistant during the interview process (you can of course use these tools during the job after hiring ;)). Coding will be a considerable part of this role.
- You are looking forward to having a client-facing role including pre-sales activities.
Your Role & Responsibilities

As a GenAI Technical Lead, you will:

1. Technical Leadership

• Apply in-depth understanding of GenAI technologies and architectures.
• Own one major cloud platform (preferably
  Azure
  ) and leverage IaC (Bicep, Terraform) for scalable deployments.
• Design and implement solutions with
  LLMs (e.g., GPT models)
  , including RAG pipelines and domain-specific adaptations.
• Develop production-grade software with
  Python
  ; frontend experience is a plus.
• Continuously scan the GenAI landscape to identify emerging trends and technologies, filtering signal from noise.

2. Business Development (BD) Enablement

• Actively participate in
  BD and pre-sales calls
  as a trusted technical advisor.
• Pitch GenAI use cases and value propositions effectively, bridging technical depth with business relevance.
• Estimate timelines, tasks, and resources for client proposals.
• Create and deliver compelling
  GenAI demos
  to prospects.
• Communicate with clarity and impact; prior
  consulting experience
  is a plus.
• Proven ability to influence at CxO level in pre-sales or delivery contexts.

3. Strategy & Internal Contribution

• Contribute hands-on to building demos and reusable assets.
• Help guide and coordinate internal teams to develop GenAI accelerators and assets during bench time.
• Support the leadership team in evolving Unit8's GenAI practice and offerings.

*About You
What We're Looking For*

• Strong expertise in
  cloud architecture
  , with mastery of one major provider (Azure preferred).
• Familiarity with
  Infrastructure-as-Code
  (Bicep, Terraform).
• Proven experience with
  LLM-based solutions
  , from proof-of-concept to deployment.
• Solid
  software engineering
  foundation, particularly in Python.
• Demonstrated ability to
  stay ahead of GenAI trends
  while focusing on practical, impactful outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for both technical and business audiences.
• Experience in
  pre-sales / solution architecture
  or
  consulting
  is highly valued.
• Pro-active mindset.
