Electronics Technician in Test Field

The position holder is responsible for testing, fault analysis, and quality assurance of complex electronic and electromechanical systems, utilizing advanced test automation and state-of-the-art measurement technologies.
Your Tasks and Responsibilities
- Testing of electronic, electromechanical, and mechanical assemblies and devices based on technical documentation such as circuit diagrams, design drawings, and test plans.
- Conducting wiring and functional tests on radiological measurement systems, including accurate logging of test results.
- Safe and precise handling of highly sensitive measuring instruments and test probes for complex testing procedures.
- Troubleshooting, analysis, and repair of assemblies, devices, detectors, and complete measurement systems.
- Preparation of detailed technical test reports and documentation in both German and English.
- Planning and execution of factory acceptance tests, including technical documentation, in the presence of customers and subject matter experts.
- Operation and continuous improvement of test automation tools using Python, aimed at increasing efficiency and standardizing testing processes.
- Performing software configuration checks to ensure system integrity and optimal functionality.
Your Profile
- You have successfully completed technical vocational training in electrical engineering—ideally as an electronics technician for devices and systems—or possess a comparable qualification with several years of experience in industrial measurement technology.
- You have solid expertise in analog and digital circuit design; a strong understanding of physical principles is a plus.

- Ideally, you have worked in a similar technical environment and demonstrate a strong sense of quality, reliability, and attention to detail.
- You are comfortable handling radioactive materials safely and responsibly.
- You are known for your broad technical understanding, structured and independent working style, as well as your high level of commitment, flexibility, and team spirit.
- You have a good command of written and spoken English, especially in technical contexts.
