Ihre Aufgaben

• Du arbeitest ca. alle 6 Monate mit namhaften Unternehmen versch. Branche + Größe zusammen, bist erster Kontaktpunkt für den Kunden & unterstützt dort bei Prozessen und Optimierungen. Du kannst Ideen direkt beim Kunden umsetzen.
• Durchführung von Beratungsprojekten zu Accounting und Back-Office Fragestellungen in schnell wachsenden Unternehmen
• Operative Buchführung, vorbereitende Buchhaltung sowie Interimsmanagement u.a. als Accountant
• Durchführung von Monatsabschlüssen und Management von Debitoren und Kreditoren
• Erarbeitung und Implementierung der Best-in-Class Accounting- und Dokumentenmanagement Tools
• Durchführung von buchhalterischen Aufgaben sowie das Buchen von buchhalterischen Sachverhalten, z.B. Rückstellungen, Personalkosten, Bankenklärung, offene Posten, Buchen von Eingangs- und Ausgangsbelegen
• Review und Optimierung von Schnittstellen zu Steuerberatenden und Banken

Ihr Profil

• Ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine Ausbildung im Bereich Wirtschaft, Finanzen, Mathematik o.ä. ist ein nice to have, kein must have
• Zusatzqualifikationen, wie z.B. eine abgeschlossene Bilanzbuchhaltungsausbildung
• Du hast relevante Berufserfahrung, z.B. als Teamlead Accounting, vorzugsweise im Start-up oder Beratungsumfeld
• Du hast Erfahrung in der Prozessautomatisierung und -digitalisierung und kennst Dich mit verschiedenen Finance und Accounting Tools aus
• Du bist sehr gut in Excel und/oder Google Sheets
• Du kannst Teams (ab ca. 2 FTE) anleiten und managen, sowie einfache Projekte eigenständig verantworten
• Du hast sehr gute Buchhaltungskenntnisse und sehr gute Kenntnisse in min. einem Buchhaltungssystem, wie z.B. DATEV, Netsuite, SAP o. ä.
• Du bringst Erfahrung aus weiteren buchhalterischen Spezialthemen mit, wie z.B. OSS, Intercompany-Verrechnungen, IFRS, Payroll, zusätzliche Softwaresysteme wie Lucanet
• Du hast erste Erfahrung als Schnittstelle zu verschiedenen Stakeholdern, wie z.B. im Handling von Steuerberatungen, Finanzamt und Wirtschaftsprüfern
• Du hast gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten auf Deutsch (ca. C1) und Englisch (min. A2)
• Du hast Erfahrung und/oder Lust auf abwechslungsreiche projektbezogene Arbeit

Your mission

• Implementation of consulting projects on accounting and back-office issues in fast-growing companies
• Operational accounting, preparatory accounting as well as interim management, e.g. as accountant
• Execution of monthly closings and management of accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Development and implementation of best-in-class accounting and document management tools
• Execution of accounting tasks as well as posting of accounting issues, e.g. accruals, personnel costs, bank clarification, open items, posting of incoming and outgoing documents
• Review and optimization of interfaces to tax advisors and banks

Your profile

• A degree or training in economics, finance, mathematics or similar is a nice to have, not a must have
• Additional qualifications, e.g. completed training in balance sheet accounting
• You have relevant professional experience, e.g. as team lead accounting, preferably in a start-up or consulting environment
• You have experience in process automation and digitization and are familiar with various finance and accounting tools
• You are very good in Excel and/or Google Sheets
• You can lead and manage teams (approx. 2 FTE), as well as be responsible for simple projects independently
• You have very good accounting skills and very good knowledge in at least one accounting system, e.g. DATEV
• You have experience in other special accounting topics, such as OSS, intercompany accounting, IFRS, Payroll, additional software systems such as Lucanet.
• You have first experience as an interface to different stakeholders, e.g. handling tax consultancies, tax office and auditors
• You have good communication skills in German (approx. C1) and English (min. A2)
• You have experience and/or desire for varied project-related work
