A Day in the Life

Bei Medtronic erwartet Sie ein vielseitiges Aufgabengebiet in einem international erfolgreichen Konzern der Medizintechnik mit langfristigen Weiterbildungs- und Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten.

Wir bieten Ihnen eine Position, in der Sie zum Ausbau von Medtronic´s Portfolio im Bereich Surgical Innovations beitragen. Es erwartet Sie eine interessante und vielseitige Projektaufgabe mit zahlreichen Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten. In dieser Rolle sind Sie die Schnittstelle zwischen internen Abteilungen, wie Marketing und externen Ansprechpartnern, wie Krankenhäusern und anderen nicht-klinischen Stakeholdern.

Diese Position umfasst die Region von Oldenbrug nach Münster (Entlang der A1, A 31) bis zu der westlichen Grenze und ist eine remote Position. Remote bedeutet, dass Ihre Heimatadresse als primärer Arbeitsort gilt (Home Office). Für Meetings kann hin und wieder Ihre Anwesenheit im Medtronic Office in Meerbusch erforderlich sein.

Für diese Stelle besteht eine einrichtungsbezogene Impfpflicht. Aus diesem Grund ist eine vollständige Masernimpfung Voraussetzung für die Besetzung der offenen Position.

Verantwortlichkeiten umfassen, wie folgt:

  • Verkaufen und Vermarkten von Produkten aus dem Bereich Surgical Innovations von Medtronic
  • Verantwortlich für die Entwicklung, den Aufbau und die Stärkung langfristiger Beziehungen zu den Interessengruppen, einschließlich Vertriebspartnern und medizinischem Fachpersonal
  • Verantwortlich für die Verfolgung von Leads, die Bedarfsermittlung und die Bereitstellung von Produktdienstleistungen
  • Förderung und Etablierung von Schulungen zu Produkten und/oder Dienstleistungen des Unternehmens
  • Durchführung von Marktforschung unter Einbeziehung von Kunden- und Wettbewerberaktivitäten
  • Implementierung von Marktentwicklungspläne/-strategien und -änderungen nach Bedarf
  • Gibt Kunden-Feedback zu neuen Produkten und/oder Änderungen an bestehenden Produkten oder Anwendungen an interne Stakeholder weiter

Erforderliches Wissen und Erfahrung:

  • Bachelor oder vergleichbarer Abschluss im medizinischen, naturwissenschaftlichen oder betriebswirtschaftlichen Bereich
  • Erfahrung im OP Raum
  • Selbständiges, eigenverantwortliches Denken und Handeln sowie Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Begeisterungsfähigkeit, Überzeugungskraft und Verhandlungsgeschick
  • Hohe Lern- und Einsatzbereitschaft, Flexibilität, Zuverlässigkeit und Verbindlichkeit
  • Freundliches und offenes Auftreten sowie hohe ausgeprägte Servicebereitschaft und hohes Engagement
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie Präsentationsstärken
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse und gutes Verständnis in Englisch
