WHAT YOU'LL BE DOINGMarketeers effectively spread the word: In the Marketing Team we shape a brand that stands for the democratisation of wealth. We raise awareness for our mission by bringing the best creative talents together with the most data-driven marketeers. We are the face to our growth. Your responsibilities will include:
Own the customer acquisition strategy and experimentation roadmap for Paid Social channels (Meta, TikTok, Reddit, etc.) across 18 European countriesEstablish best practices for campaign setup, optimisation, and managementManage and nurture strategic partnerships, serving as the primary point of contact for Sales representatives - strategically and operationallyCollaborate closely with the data team and leverage tools to measure and analyse performanceWork with tech teams to develop and enhance automation and measurement tools for marketing efficiencyEvolve and oversee channel specific marketing automationWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR4+ years of experience in digital marketing and customer acquisition in a direct-to-consumer and/or app-based business2+ years of relevant experience in a fast-growing technology companyAnalytical mindset - i.e. you have experience with automating reports and you are confident in excel, SQL (not a must)Demonstrated experience of all aspects of campaign management including planning/testing, creative development, and ongoing optimizationStrong grasp of several digital marketing platforms (i.e. Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, etc.)Experimentation experience and mindset with a proven track record of executing A/B tests and translating data into insightsEntrepreneurial mindset with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced start-up environmentYou are proficient in EnglishWHY YOU SHOULD APPLY NOW
