What You'll Do

The associate workplace coordinator is responsible for assisting in planning, executing, and monitoring project activities and daily requests to ensure timely delivery of objects.

  • Organize and document meetings, including agendas, minutes and action items
  • Coordinate communication between project stakeholders, team members, and management to maintain alignment
  • Support project documentation, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and compliance with company standards
  • Managing the ticket system and requests, coordinate tasks accordingly and involve the workplace operations team
  • Participation in training and further education

What You'll Bring

  • Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritze work, and meet deadlines
  • Clear written and verbal communication (German and English C1 level) for coordinating with teams and stakeholders
  • Accuracy in tracking project progress, documentation and reporting
  • Basic knowledge of project management tools (Microsoft Office, Jira, Confluence)
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and support cross-functional coordination
  • Willingness to take initiative, identfy issues early, and propose practical solutions
