Your mission as Bid & Project Manager:

  • Serve as the primary communication and coordination lead for space bids and projects, ensuring effective national and international stakeholder management

  • Drive bid and project delivery by analyzing requirements, defining offer structures, planning baselines, and conducting cost estimations in close collaboration with cross-functional teams

  • Lead project execution within the assigned scope, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, quality standards, and established internal processes

  • Identify, assess, and mitigate technical and commercial risks while shaping the required organizational capabilities for successful project implementation

  • Support colleagues in resolving bid and project challenges and contribute to the continuous improvement of advanced bid and project management methodologies

We are looking forward to:

  • A completed technical (electronics/mechanics) master's degree or PhD, combined with at least 10 years of relevant experience

  • Strong expertise in bid- and project management (ideally with IPMA certification) and proven experience in contract negotiations, particularly within public procurements and critical development projects

  • Fluent German and English skills and the ability to understand complex system architectures across electronics and/or mechanical domains

  • A solid mix of technical understanding, commercial acumen, and customer-oriented mindset

  • High problem-solving capability, strong results orientation, and confidence in navigating advanced bid and project management environments
