Deine Tätigkeiten- Communication Management: Umfassende Kundenkommunikation über Telefon, E-Mail und WhatsApp
- Projektmanagement: Suche nach neuen Kooperationspartnern und Kontaktaufnahme
- Account Management: Betreuung unserer Veranstalter-Partner sowie Unterstützung bei der Planung von Branchen- und Teamevents (Jugendreise-Kongress, ITB, ...)
- Content Management: Du gestaltest aktiv Website-Inhalte als Teil unseres Content-Teams (Reisebeschreibungen, FAQ, Bebilderung)
- Digital Marketing Management: Du betreust alle relevanten Online-Marketing-Kanäle (SEO, Paid, Social) und analysierst die Kampagnen mit professionellen Tracking- und Analyse-Tools
- Du hast idealerweise einen touristischen oder geisteswissenschaftlichen Hintergrund bzw. Studiengang
- Du bist ein Kommunikationstalent und verfügst über Cross-Cultural Competence
- Du arbeitest strukturiert und zielorientiert an einer Aufgabe
- Du bist ein zuverlässiger Ansprechpartner und hältst dich an Absprachen und Termine
- Du schreibst gern und in fehlerfreiem Deutsch
- Du suchst ein freiwilliges Praktikum oder ein Pflichtpraktikum
- Dauer mindestens 3 Monate, mehr ist möglich (z.B. 4, 5 oder 6 Monate)
- Bonuspunkt: Du warst schon einmal in einem Feriencamp – als Kind oder als Betreuer

Nachdem wir deine Bewerbung erhalten haben, bekommst du innerhalb weniger Tage eine Mail mit allen weiteren Informationen von uns. Unser Bewerbungsprozess umfasst drei Schritte, wobei das erste Gespräch mit unserer HR Abteilung stattfindet und das zweite Gespräch mit deinem künftigen Teamlead. Der dritte Schritt ist ein Probearbeitstag, bei welchem du herausfinden kannst, ob die Aufgaben und das Team zu dir passen. Danach teilen wir dir unsere finale Entscheidung mit. Unser Anspruch ist, dass der Bewerbungsprozess nicht länger als 21 Tage dauert.
