Aufgaben

  • Als Produkt- und Interior-Expert*in bist Du für die Gestaltung und Optimierung der Verkaufsfläche zuständig

  • Dein Blick für Ästhetik und Trends verwandelt den Store in ein stilvolles Zuhause für unsere Kund*innen und sorgt somit für eine einzigartige Customer Experience

  • Durch kontinuierliche Performance Analysen der Produkte im Store sorgst Du für eine optimale Warenpräsentation. Anhand dessen leitest Du passende Maßnahmen ab, um unseren Umsatz zu steigern

  • Mithilfe interner Guidelines und regelmäßigen Trendworkshops bleibst Du stets up-to-date und teilst aktiv Dein Wissen mit Deinen Teamkolleg*innen

  • Du teilst eine große Leidenschaft für Design und Interior und bringst erste Erfahrungen im Visual Merchandising oder visuellem Marketing mit

  • Mit Deinem Auge für Details und Ästhetik sorgst dafür, dass jedes einzelne Produkt erstklassig präsentiert und eine einladende Atmosphäre geschaffen wird

  • Du liebst den Kundenkontakt und die intensive Kundenberatung bereitet Dir viel Freude
