About the Role

We're looking for skilled
Desktop Support Technicians (Level 1)
to support end users and ensure smooth daily IT operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level support for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
  • Troubleshoot hardware/software issues (Windows 10/11, O365, peripherals)
  • Assist users with setups, logins & connectivity
  • Create, update, and escalate tickets
  • Support installation of IT equipment & maintain inventory


Requirements

  • German B2 proficiency
  • Valid German work permit
  • 1–2 years of IT support or service desk experience
  • Strong communication & customer service skills
