Ihre Aufgaben.
  • Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung und Implementierung einer globalen Employer-Branding-Strategie (EVP, Karriereseite, Social Media).
  • Planung und Durchführung von Kampagnen (Online / Offline) zur Steigerung der Arbeitgeberattraktivität.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Marketing und Kommunikation zur konsistenten Markenbotschaft.
  • Monitoring und Reporting von Kennzahlen (z. B. Reichweite, Engagement, Bewerberqualität).

  • Steuerung des End-to-End-Recruiting-Prozesses für internationale Standorte (Anforderungsdefinition, Sourcing, Interview, Offer Management).

  • Einführung und Optimierung von Recruiting-Tools (z. B. ATS, Video-Interview-Plattformen).

  • Beratung von Fachbereichen und Führungskräften zu Recruiting-Strategien und Employer-Branding-Maßnahmen.

  • Enge Abstimmung mit HR Business Partnern in den Regionen.

  • Erhebung und Auswertung relevanter KPIs (Time-to-Fill, Cost-per-Hire, Bewerberquote nach Quelle, Diversity-Kennzahlen).

  • Ableitung von Maßnahmen zur kontinuierlichen Prozessverbesserung.

  • Initiierung und Begleitung internationaler HR-Projekte (z. B. Diversity & Inclusion, Onboarding-Optimierung, Talent-Akademie).
  • Benchmarking und Einführung neuer Recruiting-Trends und -Technologien.
Was Sie mitbringen.
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich (Wirtschafts-)Psychologie, Betriebswirtschaft, Personalmanagement oder vergleichbar.
  • Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in Employer Branding und Recruiting und/oder Marketing, idealerweise in einem internationalen Umfeld.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in modernen Recruiting-Methoden (Active Sourcing, Social Recruiting, Headhunting).
  • Erfahrung in der Konzeption und Umsetzung von Employer-Branding-Kampagnen.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit HR-Software (ATS, CRM, Social-Media-Management-Tools).
  • Analytische Fähigkeiten zur Auswertung von Kennzahlen und Ableitung von Optimierungsmaßnahmen.
  • Exzellente Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch (weitere Sprachen von Vorteil).
  • Proaktives, strukturiertes und ergebnisorientiertes Arbeiten.
  • Hohe interkulturelle Kompetenz und Team-Spirit. Kreativität und Innovationsfreude.
