Qualifications
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik, Produktionstechnik oder vergleichbar
  • Erste bis mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Fertigung oder im Produktionsengineering, idealerweise im Luftfahrt- oder UAV-Bereich
  • Erfahrung mit Fertigungsmethoden für Leichtbau, Verbundwerkstoffe, Elektronik und/oder mechanische Komponenten
  • Kenntnisse in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma oder ähnlichen Methoden von Vorteil
  • Umgang mit CAD-Systemen (z. B. CATIA, SolidWorks) und ERP-Systemen von Vorteil
  • Hohes technisches Verständnis, analytisches Denken und Problemlösungskompetenz
  • Teamfähigkeit, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Your missionResponsibilities
  • Entwicklung, Optimierung und Implementierung von Fertigungsprozessen für UAV-Komponenten und -Systeme
  • Planung und Überwachung von Produktionsabläufen unter Berücksichtigung von Qualität, Kosten und Terminvorgaben
  • Technische Betreuung der Fertigung sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklung, Qualitätssicherung und Supply Chain
  • Einführung neuer Produkte (NPI – New Product Introduction) in die Serienfertigung
  • Erstellung und Pflege technischer Dokumentationen, Arbeitsanweisungen und Fertigungsunterlagen
  • Durchführung von Fehleranalysen und Umsetzung von KVP-Maßnahmen zur Produktionsverbesserung
  • Auswahl und Einführung neuer Fertigungstechnologien und -anlagen
  • Mitarbeit an Projekten zur Automatisierung und Digitalisierung der Produktion
