Principal Consultant
(m/w/d).

AUFGABEN

  • Entwicklung von Digitalisierungsstrategien, Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen sowie Beratung von Stakeholdern und Kunden in Bezug auf strategische Entscheidungen
  • Ausführung aller Aufgaben gemäß den Vorgaben des Engagement Managers, insbesondere die Einhaltung von Projektzeitplänen, das Identifizieren und Lösen von Problemen einschließlich Fehlerbehebung und Konfliktmanagement
  • Kundenbedürfnisanalyse und Entwicklung von innovativen Konzepten und Trends
  • Effiziente Unterstützung von Bestandskunden
  • Überwachung und Umsetzung operativer Aufgaben
  • Erstellung von Präsentationen sowie Coaching, Mentoring und Schulungen für andere Teammitglieder

ANFORDERUNGEN

  • Ein abgeschlossenes Studium in den Bereichen Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder verwandten Fachgebieten
  • Mehr als 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Versicherungsbranche und/oder in der Unternehmensberatung, idealerweise mit ersten Erfahrungen in leitenden Positionen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement durch umfangreiche Projekterfahrung
  • Erwünscht sind Erfahrungen im Bereich Prozessmanagement, Change-Management, Konfliktmanagement oder strategischem und operatives Management
  • Ein tiefgehendes analytisches und konzeptionelles Verständnis
  • Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und eine praktische Herangehensweise
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
