Tätigkeitsbereiche:

  • Support and motivate team members to achieve daily targets
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the Store Manager for replenishments.
  • Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
  • Lead by example in delivering excellent customer service.
  • Monitor KPIs and suggest improvements where needed.

Qualifikationen:

  • Previous experience in retail or customer service 2-4 years
  • Experience in leading or coaching a team is a strong advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure.
