What You'll Do: Build and optimize human resources systems for sustainable technology talent acquisition and management across the German market from our Bali headquarters, combining German HR precision and systematic approach with international best practices to create world-class people operations. You'll develop comprehensive recruitment strategies for German engineering, business development, and operations talent interested in waste-to-energy and biomass gasification projects, create talent acquisition frameworks that comply with German employment law and cultural expectations, and establish performance management systems that align with German workplace standards and professional development expectations. Your responsibilities include designing recruitment processes specifically for German technical talent, developing employer branding strategies that resonate with German professionals seeking meaningful, sustainable career opportunities, and creating onboarding and integration programs for German team members joining international projects. You'll also establish compensation and benefits frameworks that meet German market standards while supporting global mobility, develop training and professional development programs that align with German apprenticeship and continuous learning traditions, and create employee engagement and retention strategies for German talent in international environments. Additionally, you'll design performance evaluation systems that meet German precision standards, develop compliance frameworks for German employment regulations and worker protection laws, and collaborate with German partners and stakeholders to ensure effective talent management across sustainable technology projects.



Required Skills:

  • German HR Knowledge: Understanding of German employment law, workplace culture, and professional development expectations
  • Talent Acquisition: Experience with technical recruitment, employer branding, and candidate assessment
