As our Master Data & Sales Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining high-quality sales data across systems and documents. Your work ensures the accuracy and consistency of product and listing data, supports our Key Account Managers, and enables smooth product launches across international markets.

You'll be the go-to expert for sales-related master data, collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners to keep everything running efficiently. Your advanced Excel skills and experience with tools like Power BI and Markant will be key in turning data into actionable insights.

Your Responsibilities

· Ensure accurate and up-to-date maintenance of sales-related master data in various systems and documents

· Prepare listing data for product launches in close coordination with Key Account Managers

· Enter and manage listing information in customer-specific tools and platforms (e.g. Markant)

· Support the preparation and distribution of sales reports and performance dashboards

· Act as a liaison between internal teams and external sales partners to ensure smooth data flow and process alignment

· Proactively manage and improve data accuracy, structure, and consistency across the organization

Your Profile

· Completed commercial training or a university degree

· 3+ years of experience in a data-driven sales support or operations role

· Advanced Excel skills are a must; experience with Power BI and Markant will be a strong advantage

· Native German and fluent English skills (written and spoken)

· Analytical mindset, high attention to detail, and a structured, solution-oriented working style

· Experience working with ERP or PIM systems (SAP experience preferred)

· Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally in an international environment
