Aufgaben

  • Lead-Generierung & Kampagnenmanagement:
    Du konzipierst, automatisierst und optimierst Multi-Channel-Kampagnen (E-Mail, LinkedIn, SEO, SEA, PR, Events), um B2B-Leads für unser Sales Team zu generieren.

  • Social Media & PR:
    Du planst und produzierst kreative Inhalte für LinkedIn, Instagram & Co., findest Themen aus Tech, IoT und Food-Innovation, und platzierst Livello in relevanten Medien.

  • KI Automatisierung und Content Creation:
    Du nutzt Tools wie
    ChatGPT, Midjourney, Sora, Runway, Gemini,
    etc, um starke Texte, Bilder, Videos und Recherchen zu erstellen

  • SEO & Website-Optimierung:
    Du pflegst unsere Website, entwickelst neue Landingpages für Branchen-Use-Cases (z. B. Büros, Hotels, Kliniken, Fitness, Events) und bringst uns auf Suchmaschinen nach vorne.

  • Outbound- und Partner-Marketing:
    Du recherchierst und gewinnst Partner (z. B. Messe-Kooperationen, Food-Brands, Vending-Operator), bereitest Cold-E-Mail-Kampagnen vor und öffnest neue Vertriebskanäle.

  • Event- & Messemanagement:
    Du organisierst Messeauftritte, kümmerst dich um Planung, Branding und Follow-Up-Leads.

  • Analytics & Reporting:
    Du trackst Kampagnenperformance, Funnel-KPI, Conversion-Rates und Reportings an die Geschäftsleitung.

  • CRM & Marketing-Ops:
    Du arbeitest eng mit Sales zusammen, pflegst Leads im CRM (z. B. Pipedrive, HubSpot), entwickelst Automationen und segmentierst Zielgruppen datenbasiert

Qualifikation

  • 3+ Jahre Erfahrung im
    Online- und Growth-Marketing
    , idealerweise in einem Tech-, SaaS- oder Startup-Umfeld.

  • Erfahrung mit
    Performance-Marketing

  • Sicherer Umgang mit KI-Tools

  • Hands-on-Mentalität, Organisationstalent und Begeisterung für Technologie und neue Trends.

  • Erfahrung im
    B2B-Marketing
