≪職務範囲≫

・商品固有の顧客ニーズを理解し、最適なタイミングで情報を発信する。生放送プロデューサー、スイッチャー、音響オペレーター、スタジオコーディネーター、フロアディレクターと連携し、高品質なOAを提供する。

・OAグラフィック内の商品情報における誤字脱字を検出し、整合性を確認。問題が発見された場合は担当部署に報告し、修正を行う。

・商品情報を「読みやすく誤解を招かない表現」でプロダクトボックスに入力し、最高品質のサービスを提供する。

・OA中のVizrtグラフィック関連トラブルに即時対応し、迅速な復旧作業を実行する。

・社内規定で定められた情報、または法令に基づく情報を関連規則に従って発信する。

・顧客にとって最適な表現と業務品質向上の実現に向けたアイデアを考案し、上司に提案して実行に移す。

・QVCの差別化要素を具体化し実践する。

・コンプライアンス意識を持って業務を遂行する。

≪主要な職務内容≫

24時間生放送におけるOAグラフィックス業務(40%)

・OA内のグラフィックを管理し、ライブプロデューサーの指示のもと適切なタイミングでグラフィック操作を実行する。

・商品情報を深く理解し、視聴者に分かりやすく発信することで売上向上に貢献する。

・担当番組で使用するグラフィックを準備し、操作しやすい状態に管理する。

商品情報入力作業(25%)

・データベースから取得した商品情報をプロダクトボックスに入力する。

・入力マニュアルに沿って視聴者にとって見やすいレイアウトを作成し、OAで使用するグラフィックをプレイリストに読み込む。

・イレギュラーな設定に必要な購買規定や商品情報を入力する。

品質管理(20%)

・データベースから取得した情報とPALシートの商品情報(価格、送料、色、番組名、ゲスト名など)に矛盾がないか確認する。

・OAで使用するオペレーター担当用グラフィックを作成、確認、管理する。

・業務改善提案や資料作成を行う。

通常業務(10%)

・1週間ごとに2週間先の商品情報をプロダクトボックスに入力し確認する。

・週2回、Vizrtエンジンを再起動し、動作確認を行う。

上司とのコミュニケーション (5%)

・上司との定期的な面談を実施する。

・問題発生時には速やかに報告・連絡・相談を行い、上司とのコミュニケーションを図る

≪必要なスキルや知識≫

・良好な対人コミュニケーション能力。

・QVCのライブオペレーションに関する知識。

・生放送というプレッシャーの中で業務を遂行できる能力。

・お客様のニーズに合ったグラフィックを操作し、リクエストの優先順位を瞬時に判断できる能力。

・手元のOAグラフィックを操作しながら、複数の情報源を同時に認識できる能力。

・商品情報の整合性を即座に判断するために、誤字脱字を検知できる能力。

・基本的なPC操作スキル(Word、Excel、PowerPoint、Outlookなど )

・2D/3Dグラフィックアプリケーションの知識があれば尚可

・TV業界の経験あれば尚可
