You want to shape marketing that makes a difference – strategically, creatively, and with measurable impact? Then take on a key role in our Marketing & Communications team as a Senior Marketing Manager (Parental Leave Cover, 2 years).
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT- You take on a central role in our Marketing & Communications team, where you design and implement both strategic and operational initiatives that strengthen our brand presence and generate high-quality leads.
- You conceptualize, plan, and execute integrated marketing campaigns in close collaboration with our business units – from the initial idea to final delivery.
- You are responsible for building, managing, scaling, and evaluating campaigns across the entire customer journey – from awareness to conversion.
- You develop audience-specific strategies and measures to sustainably increase our visibility in the market.
- You contribute your expertise across a variety of formats – from website copy, blog articles, and newsletters to webinars and LinkedIn campaigns – and use content recycling strategically to boost reach.
- You continuously analyze campaign performance, derive data-driven optimizations, and take ownership of campaign reporting.
- You collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across departments and provide expert support in the implementation of omni-channel campaigns.
- As campaign owner, you work hand in hand with our entire marketing team – from paid media and website/CRM to email and event management – ensuring consistent and aligned execution across all channels.
- You monitor market and competitor developments, identify trends early on, and translate them into innovative ideas and actionable recommendations.
- You proactively build knowledge about target groups, tools, and market environments to stay ahead of the curve.
You have successfully completed a degree in media, marketing, or communications – or you bring several years of professional experience following a comparable qualification (e.g. as a media business specialist).
You are well-versed in the fast-paced world of marketing or agencies and bring extensive experience in managing complex projects.
You have hands-on experience with HubSpot or a comparable marketing automation platform and use it confidently in your daily campaign work.
You work independently, take initiative, and bring a strong hands-on mentality to everything you do.
You approach tasks in a structured and analytical way and keep a clear head even during high-pressure phases.
You think in solutions and have a strong grasp of numbers – enabling you to analyze campaign metrics effectively and identify optimization potential.
You communicate confidently in both German and English – business proficiency in both languages is mandatory.
You are curious about new trends and technologies and stay up to date with developments in marketing and the tech landscape.
You understand the challenges of digital transformation and translate this knowledge into impactful marketing initiatives.
You enjoy taking responsibility and bring experience in leading projects or coordinating small teams.
