Join Us - These Are Your Tasks

• You will continuously administer and develop SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and the Employee Central Service Center as well as other modules and take over authorization management.
• You support the implementation and system configuration of other SuccessFactors modules such as Time Tracking and Recruiting.
• You will carry out the monthly technical payroll accounting including all follow-up activities in accordance with the process models in SAP HCM.
• You look after the interfaces to subsystems and statutory acceptance offices
• You accompany SAP and SuccessFactors upgrades, carry out test series and ensure smooth operation.
• You answer operational questions about the SAP HCM and SuccessFactors system, create and maintain user and system documentation and evaluations.
• You implement legal, collective bargaining and company regulations in the SAP HCM system via table control and schema/rule technology and actively participate in projects.

Take a seat - you'll impress us with this profile:

• You have a degree in human resources or information technology or a commercial apprenticeship with in-depth experience in payroll accounting, possibly with appropriate further training.
• You have in-depth knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central and other modules as well as the SAP HCM module
• You have practical knowledge of payroll accounting and good knowledge of social security and tax law
• You are interested in IT procedures and processes and have good knowledge of customizing SuccessFactors and SAP HCM - especially time management and payroll accounting.
• You have experience in SAP HCM authorization management and in the Organizational Management (OM) sub-module.
• You are confident with MS Office products and work in an analytical, structured and solution-oriented manner.
• You are a team player, think analytically, work independently, in a structured and goal-oriented manner, are trustworthy and have a high level of commitment and resilience.
