E-bike Mechanic
to join their largest refurbishment center in Düsseldorf—where e-bikes are expertly brought back to life with precision, care, and top-tier equipment.

As an
E-bike Mechanic
, you will take full responsibility for the repair and refurbishment process, ensuring each bike meets the highest quality standards before reaching the customer. You'll collaborate with a skilled and motivated team in a fully equipped workshop featuring modern tools and advanced diagnostic systems.

Your Role

• Perform inspection, troubleshooting, spare parts selection, repair, and quality control independently across a wide variety of e-bikes.
• Prepare e-bikes for customer delivery and maintain the in-house fleet.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of repair processes and overall service quality.
• Support warehouse operations by suggesting ideas to enhance efficiency and workflow.

Your Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in bike or e-bike mechanics
• (2+ years required for Senior Mechanic positions).
• Strong knowledge of electric bikes, components, and diagnostic tools.
• Passion for quality, efficiency, and hands-on technical problem-solving.
• Ability to work both independently and within a close-knit team.
• Fluency in English (C1) is mandatory; German is a plus.
