Für unsere HBK Academy am Werk in Darmstadt suchen wir ab dem 1. Februar studentische Unterstützung (m/w/d).

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Zusammenstellen und Verladen von Schulungsequipment, Auf- und Abbau, sowie Funktionsprüfung von messtechnischen Versuchen für unsere Kundenschulungen. Die Versuche ähneln Laborversuchen im Hochschulbereich und reichen vom Sensor bis zur Datenauswertung.
  • Reparaturarbeiten nach Anleitung
  • Durchführung von Lehrversuchen und Erstellung, Bearbeitung und Einbindung von Screenshots und Grafiken
  • Selbständige Aktualisierung, Pflege und Erstellung von Präsentationen und Unterlagen in deutscher und englischer Sprache (PowerPoint und Word)
  • Nach Bedarf Unterstützung bei Büroarbeiten zur Abwicklung von Seminaren

Ihr Profil

  • Eingeschriebene/r Student/in einen ingenieurtechnischen Studiengang, z. B. Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen
  • Sie haben Interesse und Talent im Umgang mit technischen Geräten aus dem Bereich der Messtechnik. 
  • Hands-on-Mentalität: Sie arbeiten professionell, detailgenau sowie eigenständig und können auch mit Zeitdruck gut umgehen.
  • Sie arbeiten gerne im Team, sind aber dennoch in der Lage, Ihren Arbeitsbereich eigenständig zu gestalten und zu organisieren.
  • Im Umgang mit den Programmen von Microsoft Office (v.a. Word und PowerPoint) sind Sie geübt und kennen sich mit Formatvorlagen sowie der Formatanpassung von Microsoft Office Dokumenten aus.
  • Sie verfügen über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
