In your role as Product Owner (gn), you will be the driving force behind our product development.You'll connect user needs, business requirements, and technical implementation - always with the goal of creating the best possible product for our customers. Take ownership of the ongoing development of our platform, focusing on scalability, user experience, and technical excellenceMaintain and prioritize your product backlog, ensuring requirements are clearly described and visualizedCreate user stories that deliver real value, closely aligned with customer needsOversee implementation within the team, manage releases, and drive continuous product improvementCollaborate with product management to refine product strategy and set clear prioritiesYour profileYou have extensive hands-on experience as a Product Owner (gn) in a digital environmentA deep understanding of B2B SaaS or B2B2C products forms the foundation of your expertiseYou develop user-centric solutions with a strong sense for UX and UIAgile methods and tools like Jira are second nature to you and they're part of your daily toolkitYou have successfully leveraged AI tools in requirements management (e.g., v0, Bolt, Lovable)You approach complex tax regulations in the benefits space in a structured and solution-oriented wayYou excel at moderation: bridging gaps between people and understanding both technical and business perspectivesYou communicate confidently and effectively in German and EnglishWhy us?Explorative Environment: Discover new technologies and continuously exchange ideas with others to stay ahead of the curve.High Flexibility: Whether you prefer collaborating in a co-working space, enjoying the vibe of a dedicated office, or working from home.
