Marabu Airlines is transforming leisure travel in Germany with a modern fleet of Airbus A320 NEO aircraft. We are committed to delivering exceptional service, safety, and comfort to our passengers. As we continue to grow, we're seeking passionate individuals who are ready to join us and be part of our exciting journey.

This position is intended for individuals without prior flying experience or those who do not currently hold an active EASA Cabin Crew Attestation. Full training will be provided, and no valid license is required to apply.

Requirements

  • Minimum Age: 18 years
  • Minimum Height: 158 cm
  • Education: Completed secondary education
  • Languages: Fluency in written and spoken German and English.
  • Medical Fitness and ability to swim unassisted
  • You need to be able to obtain a health certificate according to EASA Regulations
  • Personal Attributes: Excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, empathy, strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Background Check: No criminal record
  • You can reach the airport of your home base station within 60 minutes at any time
