We are seeking an experienced CMM Programmer to support a leading metal product finishing business in South Brandenburg. The company serves a broad range of industrial and engineering customers and operates several CMM platforms within its precision quality function.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, modify, and optimise CMM programs for complex metal components
• Undertake complex setting work linked to new product introduction (NPI) and new product development (NPD) activities
• Validate measurement routines and ensure conformity with customer and internal quality standards
• Support production and quality teams with dimensional reporting and problem solving
• Maintain compliance with calibration and quality control procedures

Experience Required

• Proven experience in CMM programming (for example PC-DMIS, Calypso, or similar)
• Background in precision engineering or metal component manufacturing
• Strong understanding of GD&T and technical drawings
• Excellent attention to detail and quality focus
• Fluent in German, with basic English communication skills
