Exciting opportunity for our Aerospace Interiors client based in Germany

Operate and maintain vacuum press equipment to produce high-quality composite parts for the aerospace industry, ensuring adherence to strict safety, quality, and production standards.

3 Shift Pattern:

  • Morning Shift 06:00am to 14:00
  • Afternoon shift 14:00 to 22:00
  • Night shift 22:00 to 06:00am

Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate vacuum press systems according to production schedules and technical specifications.
  • Prepare composite layups and tooling for vacuum pressing.
  • Monitor curing cycles, temperatures, and pressures to ensure compliance with aerospace standards.
  • Inspect finished parts for quality and report any defects.
  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of vacuum press equipment and tooling.
  • Adhere to health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times.
  • Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to optimize processes.

Qualifications

  • Experience in composite manufacturing, preferably in aerospace or automotive sectors.
  • Knowledge of vacuum press operation and curing processes.
  • Ability to read technical drawings and follow work instructions accurately.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality standards.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
