Hyundai Capital Europe GmbH is a consulting and advisory services company based in Frankfurt am Main (Germany). As the subsidiary of the South Korean Hyundai Capital Services Inc. and more than 10,000 employees worldwide, we offer automotive financing solutions to our customers.

Since January 2019 we have been developing sales and branding strategies for Hyundai Motor Europe, Kia Motors Europe and its subsidiaries in Europe.

To expand our services, we are looking for a highly motivated Manager Human Resources & General Affairs to join our team in Frankfurt am Main. You will have the unique opportunity to contribute your ideas and have a significant impact on our business. We

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:


Office and facility management: Daily office administration, Vendor coordination, Procurement, Maintenance

Fleet management: company car and fuel usage management

Guest management: Guest registration and support on internal workshops and meetings

Event management: event organization upon on necessities

Dedicated support on CEO/MD by working closely with external parties and service providers: organizing meeting/Biz-trip, processing costs reimbursement, etc.

Participation in and management of HR & GA projects and special tasks


YOUR PROFILE:


University degree in Economics, Business Administration or equivalent

Proficiency in English (C1) and German (B1-B2)

1-2 years professional experience in a comparable position

Keen interest in HR/GA topics in the financial/automotive industry

Reliable on dealing with confidential information

Attention to detail and hands-on mindset

Teamwork and good communication skills

Strong command of MS Office programs
