As Sales Technician, youll drive consultative technical sales and market strategy for the medical segment, collaborating cross-functionally with development, quality, and finance. Youll engage with key clients, lead solution-based discussions, and act as a strategic partner, helping shape product direction based on customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Acquire and develop key medical tech accounts across Germany and Switzerland
- Provide technical consultations and manage offers through the full sales cycle
- Analyse market trends and shape medium- to long-term sales strategies
- Represent the company at trade fairs and events
- Work primarily from HQ in Stuttgart with approx. 20% travel
- Experience in technical B2B sales, ideally in medical tech
- Technical background (e.g., Electrical Engineering); commercial add-on a plus
- Deep understanding of automation, regulation, control, or cooling technologies
- Fluent in German (C2) and English (C1)
- Youre independent, customer-centric, and ready to lead high-stakes conversations
