Data Analyst

What we look for:You transfer complex data sets into business findings and provide results for various international clients.You set up and manage holistic performance reports for different stakeholders both internally and externally.You build company-wide analytic standards and best practicesYou provide holistic business forecasts for budget negotiations and client proposals.You are responsible for C-level client communication, presenting analytical results and data visualisation.You leverage data to gain insights into trends, user experience, and user behaviour for different international clients.You understand data analytics and visualisation concepts, tools, best practice, and benchmarks.You are responsible for specific analytical and reporting projects and data accuracy.You support the automation of repetitive tasks to increase overall efficiency both internally and externally.You are a sparring partner for other business intelligence team members, including data scientists, data tracking specialists, and data engineers.What we require:You hold a university degree with excellent grades in computer science, business, economics, math, or another analytical science discipline (Master's degree or MBA are a plus).You have an excellent track record with at least 2 years of experience with web and data analytics strategy.You are an expert in Google Analytics, Tableau and/or Power BI.You possess a strong affinity for internet trends and technologies. You show a high analytical ability combined with very good Excel skills.You round off your profile with good time management skills and a reliable way of working. You are a service-oriented and communicative team player with a passion for work.You are fluent in English.What you can expect:Your impact is crucial: You actively shape the digital future in a highly motivated & smart team in direct cooperation with the founders & partners, creating real added value by linking strategy and implementation.Your hard work pays off You benefit from attractive salary packages, participation in sales success and exclusive investment opportunities.
