Actualmente estamos a la búsqueda de un
Project Manager para liderar la construcción de un nuevo parque de combustible en el Aeropuerto de Düsseldorf.

Responsabilidades principales:

Ingeniería:

  • Supervisar todas las fases del proyecto de construcción del parque de combustible.
  • Colaborar en el diseño, desarrollo e ingeniería de detalle (FEED) y la ingeniería de detalle.
  • Gestionar los plazos, hitos y riesgos del proyecto.
  • Coordinar el trabajo de campo y la selección de proveedores.
  • Garantizar el cumplimiento de la normativa alemana y del cliente.
  • Mantener la comunicación y la documentación con las partes interesadas.

Gestión de personal:

  • Liderar un equipo multidisciplinar, incluyendo personal de obra y de construcción.

Finanzas:

  • Supervisar las finanzas del proyecto y garantizar el cumplimiento del presupuesto.
  • Colaborar con la Oficina de Gestión de Proyectos (PMO) y Finanzas en la elaboración de informes y previsiones.

HSSE (Salud, Seguridad, Protección y Medio Ambiente):

  • Garantizar el cumplimiento de la normativa europea y española en materia de seguridad.
  • Promover un entorno de trabajo seguro e informar sobre riesgos e incidentes.

Requisitos:

Obligatorio:

  • Educación: Ingeniería (industrial, de minas o civil).
  • Experiencia en proyectos de petróleo y gas o similares y gestionando proyectos en Alemania.
  • Alemán: nativo
  • Inglés: nivel avanzado
  • Español: nivel B2
  • Conocimientos de ingeniería (eléctrica, mecánica, civil).
  • Legislación sobre petróleo y gas.
  • Excel avanzado.
  • Gestión presupuestaria y habilidades de comunicación.
  • Disponibilidad para viajar.

Deseable:

  • Certificación en Gestión de Proyectos.
  • Experiencia con aeropuertos e infraestructura de oleoductos.
  • MS Project, SAP, CAD, desarrollo de KPI.
  • Perspicacia comercial y financiera.
