- Du übernimmst die fachliche Leitung und Verantwortung für anspruchsvolle SAP-Beratungsprojekte.
- Von der Konzeption bis zur Umsetzung berätst du unsere Mandanten auf Augenhöhe.
- Teilleitung und fachliche Betreuung unseres SAP Consulting Team.
- Du unterstützt das Management aktiv beim strategischen Ausbau unseres Teams und bist verantwortlich für die fachliche Förderung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Kolleg*innen.
- Die Zusammenarbeit in interdisziplinären Teams, sowohl intern als auch extern, sowie Geschäftsreisen im In- und Ausland sind Teil deines Beratungsalltages.
- Mehrjährige Jahre Erfahrung in SAP S/4HANA-Projekten
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in einem der SAP S/4HANA-Kernmodule
- Freude an Teamarbeit, Führung und fachlichem Coaching
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Eigeninitiative
- Offenheit für vielfältige Projekte, neue Perspektiven sowie für persönliche/fachliche Weiterentwicklung
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
