We're expanding fast and looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Berlin sales team. You'll be on the front line of growth — connecting with engineering and technology leaders, starting high-impact conversations, and creating qualified opportunities for our Account Executives.

Drive Pipeline
Own outbound prospecting into target accounts across automotive, defense, manufacturing, and industrial sectors.Run high-quality, high-volume outreach (~300+ calls/week) across phone, email, and LinkedIn.Tailor messaging for different personas — engineers, managers, and executives.Generate qualified opportunities and hand them off seamlessly to Account Executives.Research & DiscoveryResearch target accounts and map key stakeholders, initiatives, and challenges.Lead concise, structured discovery calls that uncover pain points and connect them to SPREAD's value.Develop a clear understanding of the technical and organizational dynamics in complex enterprises.Choose a focus vertical — Automotive, Aerospace, Defense, or Machinery — and build your network and expertise there.Process & ExecutionUse Salesforce, Salesloft/Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to manage cadences, data, and activity.Maintain accurate CRM notes, follow through on every lead, and measure your performance weekly.Learn from data — test, iterate, and continuously improve.Learning & GrowthEmbrace feedback, coaching, and iteration; refine your approach every week.Learn SPREAD's product and industry deeply enough to engage technical buyers with credibility.Bring energy, discipline, and ownership to everything you do.Collaborate closely with Marketing to share insights, ICP learnings, and messaging improvements.Your Experience 1–3 years in B2B SaaS or tech sales, or strong motivation to break into the field.Native-level fluency in English (German is a huge advantage).Competitive drive and resilience — thrives on challenges, treats targets as motivation, and stays focused under pressure.Customer empathy and commercial awareness — understands business value and communicates SPREAD's impact with authenticity and confidence.People energy and communication — extroverted, engaging, clear, and confident; listens actively and builds trust quickly.Curiosity and learning agility — hungry to understand complex products and customers; learns fast and applies feedback immediately.Structured and analytical thinking — plans outreach with intent, uses data to refine approach, strategizes effectively, and executes consistently.Organized and accountable — keeps CRM data clean, follows up reliably, and takes ownership of outcomes.Comfortable in a fast-moving, ambitious environment where momentum and results matter.Bonus: Experience with enterprise accounts, AI or engineering software, or a background in manufacturing or industrial tech.Why SPREAD?SPREAD is transforming how engineering organizations work with data and AI.
