Lead Backend Developer (w⁠/⁠m⁠/⁠d) in der Energiewirtschaft

Aufgaben
Neben dem Mentoring und der Führung eines Entwicklungsteams umfasst Dein zukünftiger Verantwortungs­bereich folgende Aufgaben:

  • Du entwickelst zentrale Komponenten unserer AI Suite (u. a. GenAI Bots, Sprachbots, AI basiertes Mail-Processing)
  • Du entwirfst skalierbare und zukunftsfähige Architekturen für unsere AI-Komponenten
  • Du integrierst die Komponenten in das übergreifende architektonische Zielbild
  • Du unterstützt bei der fachlichen und technischen Weiterentwicklung Deines Teams
  • Du stimmst Dich eng mit Stakeholdern ab und übersetzt fachliche Anforderungen in konkrete technische Spezifikationen
  • Du sorgst zudem für eine strukturierte Dokumentation und aktives Wissensmanagement im Team

  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Bachelor-/Masterstudium im Bereich Informatik, Mathematik, Data Science oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang und bringst mind. fünf Jahre Erfahrung in der Backend-Entwicklung mit
  • Du übernimmst gerne Verantwortung und hast idealerweise bereits Erfahrung in der Führung von Teams
  • Du verfügst über gute Deutschkenntnisse auf C1-Niveau sowie über sichere Englischkenntnisse auf mindestens B1-Niveau
  • Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse in TypeScript sowie praktische Erfahrung mit und und hast bereits Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von REST APIs
  • Zudem hast Du ein gutes Verständnis von Enterprise-Architekturen, grundlegende Kenntnisse in gängigen Datenbanktechnologien und erste praktische Erfahrungen in der Entwicklung von KI-Anwendungen

Ein Plus, Aber Kein Muss

  • Du hast erste Berührungspunkte mit weiteren Programmiersprachen oder Technologien gesammelt (z. B. Python oder FastAPI)
  • Du bringst ein grundlegendes Verständnis für Cloudtechnologien mit, idealerweise im Microsoft-Azure-Umfeld
  • Du konntest bereits erste Erfahrungen mit Agentic AI sammeln
  • Du interessierst Dich für Themen wie DevOps, Automatisierung und Infrastructure as Code
