Deine Aufgaben
  • Projektverantwortung und Koordination für Photovoltaik-Freiflächenprojekte; Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Projektzielen, Zeitplänen und Budgets; Koordination der Genehmigungsverfahren und Kommunikation mit Genehmigungsbehörden
  • Produktentwicklung: Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung neuer Konzepte und Optimierung bestehender Lösungen im Bereich Photovoltaik und erneuerbare Energien
  • Risikomanagement: Identifikation potenzieller Risiken im Projektverlauf und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Risikominimierung
  • Projektdokumentation und Berichtswesen: Überwachung der Projektdokumentation, Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards und regelmäßige Berichterstattung


Das bringst du mit:
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwissenschaften, Umwelttechnik, Geografie, Wirtschaft oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Projektleitung und Produktentwicklung im Bereich erneuerbare Energien, insbesondere bei Photovoltaik-Freiflächenanlagen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse der rechtlichen und technischen Anforderungen im Bereich erneuerbare Energien und Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Behörden
  • Agiles Mindset und Kenntnisse in agilen Methoden wie Scrum, um flexibel auf Projektanforderungen zu reagieren
  • Starkes Organisationstalent und die Fähigkeit zur Priorisierung, gepaart mit einer lösungsorientierten und strukturierten Arbeitsweise
  • Ein hohes Maß an Kundenorientierung und das Bestreben, nachhaltige Energielösungen zu entwickeln, die echten Mehrwert schaffen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute bis sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Erfahrung im landwirtschaftlichen Umfeld sowie im Bereich Sektorenkopplung von Vorteil
