Ihre zentrale Rolle:

  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Bereichsleitung und den unterstellten Abteilungsleitungen zur Organisation des Bereichs und selbständige Übernahme allgemeiner organisatorischer Aufgaben, wie bspw. Terminplanung, Datenpflege, Dokumenten- /Bestellmanagement
  • Eigenständige Durchführung des Dienstreise- / und Veranstaltungsmanagement
  • Wahrnehmung von Projektoffice-Tätigkeiten
  • Eigenverantwortliche Dokumentenerstellung von Präsentationen, Statistiken, Berichte, Vorlagen und Bearbeitung vertraulicher Fach- und Personalangelegenheiten
  • Pflege des Intranet Auftrittes sowie eigenständige Recherche und Aufbereitung von Fachthemen

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit erlangten Zusatzqualifikationen im Bereich Sekretariat und mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung im vergleichbaren Umfeld

  • Verschwiegenes Organisationstalent mit selbständiger effektiver Denk- und Arbeitsweise

  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in den gängigen MS-Office Produkten
  • Sehr gutes Deutsch und gutes Englisch in Wort und Schrift
