Are you passionate about driving business growth, analyzing global markets, and supporting digital transformation in a decarbonizing industry? We're looking for a Senior Expert Business Development (m/f/x) to strengthen our team Heat Pump at Everllence.

In this position, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of our heat pump business by: developing our knowledge of global market trends, leading strategic business development initiatives, supporting digital tools across our international network. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, contributing to both strategic and operational success.

• Lead and participate in international business development projects
• Maintain and improve our market intelligence databases, dashboards, and data-driven reports
• Conduct market and competitor analysis using internal and external sources (e.g., industry reports, expert interviews, trade fairs)
• Prepare and present strategic insights and market forecasts to executive management and board-level audiences
• Track global technical and economic trends, identifying their impact on the heat pump industry
• Support our global sales teams by developing compelling sales arguments and competitive benchmarks

You Can Help Us With These Qualifications

• Successfully completed degree (Master's / Bachelor's) in Industrial Engineering or similar, with a strong technical interest
• Several years of experience in business development, market research, or capital goods analysis
• Technical knowledge or enthusiasm for industries like turbomachinery is a plus
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
• Strong analytical thinking and structured project management capabilities
• Passion for digital tools and IT-related project work
• Excellent communication skills, strong self-motivation, and ability to work independently with quick comprehension
• Willingness to travel and enthusiasm to work with different cultures
