Your profile
As this is the general application, there are no hard requirements. However, we do have some soft requirements that we look for in potential new-joiners:
Knowledge of the Ethereum ecosystem and decentralized finance,An out-of-the-box mindset paired with curiosity,Advanced level of English proficiency - both written and spoken,Passion for decentralized finance systems,High motivation and the willingness to learn and combat complex problems.*Please note that our ideal potential colleague will be expected to work in a hybrid setting from one of our offices in Berlin or Mainz.

Interview process
The interview process will be as follows;
- Initial 15 mins call with our People and Culture ambassador to double-check your information.
- 30 mins cultural-fit interview - we appreciate the cultural fit and you will get the chance to learn about us a bit more
- Technical interview to discuss your experiences and a task to work on - we're sure you'll also have fun along the way
- Team lead interview - chance to meet your potential lead and ask questions directly.
- Background check - feel praised by your former superiors.
