EHS engineer

Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for the implementation and overall management of EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) work in the overseas German data center;
Lead the real-time response, coordination, and resolution of EHS incidents in the data center, ensuring efficient communication with internal teams, emergency services, and stakeholders to minimize operational disruptions and ensure the safety of personnel and infrastructure;
Conduct comprehensive EHS risk assessments of data center facilities, identify key risks, develop optimized risk control plans, and promote systematic improvements to the EHS management system;
Design, create, and improve EHS process documents to strengthen the robustness and compliance of the data center EHS management system;
Establish cross-functional collaboration mechanisms to deeply integrate EHS requirements into daily operations, fostering a security culture at all levels of the organization and ensuring standardized implementation through targeted training, security awareness campaigns, and feedback mechanisms.
Job Requirements:
At least 3 years of work experience in Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) related fields;
Comprehensive understanding of international EHS regulations, standards, and compliance requirements (such as ISO 45001, local safety laws and regulations, etc.);
Practical experience in handling EHS incidents;
Excellent communication and coordination skills, initiative, sense of responsibility, and good teamwork spirit;
Language requirements: German and English (required), Chinese (preferred).
