Indirect Procurement

Tasks:

• Lead and support the procurement team to ensure a professional and efficient organization
• Manage selected product categories within indirect procurement
• Develop and implement procurement strategies for these categories
• Build, manage, and optimize a competitive pool of suppliers, including relationship management and compliance with internal policies
• Oversee the full contract life cycle, including approval processes, in close collaboration with legal and relevant departments
• Plan and execute RFQ processes for assigned categories
• Drive harmonization and improvement of procurement conditions across the TAKKT Industrial & Packaging Division
• Identify and implement opportunities for process optimization and digitalization within indirect procurement

Profile:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in procurement, particularly in common indirect spend categories
• Strong negotiation skills with a results oriented mindset
• Solid understanding of legal terminology in both German and English
• Strong project management and a goal-driven mindset define you
