To support our Platform Team at the Hamburg headquarters, we are looking for you as a full-time (40 hours) Intern (f/m/d)* Platform & Security Operations for 6 months with immediate effect. As an Intern in the field of Platform & Security Operations, you'll work alongside the Platform and Engineering teams, gaining hands-on experience while helping to enhance and secure our Cloud infrastructure.

• Assistance on the design and implementation of scalable and secure Cloud Architecture using Infrastructure as a Code.
• Conduction of security audits (Pentest activities) and implementation of following security solutions to strengthen the protection of our Cloud infrastructure.
• Performance monitoring of Cloud systems and suggestion continuous improvements.
• Participation in incident resolutions and cost optimization efforts, including the collaboration with engineering teams to optimize application resource consumption.

• Active studies in the field of Engineering, Computer Science, or similar.
• Basic knowledge of the Google Cloud Platform (or similar) as well as a strong interest in cybersecurity challenges and DevSecOps activities.
• Self-driven, with the ability to build and manage tools to address potential cyber security threats.
• Good communication skills in English.
