Deine Aufgaben
  • Gewährleiste den reibungslosen Ablauf aller kritischen und weitestgehend extern gehosteten Systeme in der gesamten TeamViewer Organisation
  • Sei für die Einrichtung, Weiterentwicklung und Wartung unserer Produktionssysteme verantwortlich
  • Überwache die extern betriebenen Systeme und Dienste und stelle so die Verfügbakeit und den optimalen Betrieb dieser sicher
  • Arbeite eng mit den lokalen und globalen R&D-Teams und unseren TeamViewer Hosting-Partnern zusammen
  • Entwerfe neue Konzepte und Lösungen für den optimierten und effizienten Betrieb unserer Systeme und setze diese um
  • Stehe maximal 1 Mal pro Woche mittels Bereitschaftsdienst bereit

Was Du mitbringst
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich IT, Informatik oder eine vergleichbare einschlägige Berufserfahrung auf dem Gebiet der IT
  • Kenntnisse über verschiedene Monitoring- (z.B. Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana) und Log-Management-Lösungen (z.B. Elasticsearch) sind erforderlich
  • Netzwerk-, Windows sowie Linux-Kenntnisse sind erforderlich
  • Grundlegende Progammierkenntnisse in verschiedenen Skriptsprachen wie Python, PowerShell und Bash
  • Automatisierungskenntnisse in verschiedenen Plattformen wie SaltStack oder Ansible sind willkommen
  • Englischkenntnisse auf Businessniveau, weiter Sprachen sind vorteilhaft
  • Begeisterung für neue, innovative und technische Themen sowie ein Verstädnnis für Kunden- und Marktanforderungen, Trends und Entwicklungen in der IT-Branche
