CRM & Email Automation Specialist (m/w/d) – Teilzeit, 100% Remote

Wir bei Viva Maia suchen eine:n erfahrene:n CRM-Spezialist:in, die/der tief in Klaviyo und Shopify denkt, datengetrieben arbeitet und Freude daran hat, strukturierte E-Mail-Flows und Kampagnen aufzubauen. Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere Kund:innen die richtige Nachricht zur richtigen Zeit bekommen – automatisiert, konsistent und auf den Punkt.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Aufbau, Pflege und Optimierung unserer Klaviyo-Flows (z. B. Post-Purchase, Win-Back, Trustpilot, Replenishment, Presales)
  • Datenmanagement & Segmentierung: Logik zwischen Loox, Shopify und Klaviyo – Listen, Properties, Suppressions, DSGVO-Konformität
  • Einrichtung von Events, Triggern, Bedingungen und Tests, damit alle Automationen reibungslos laufen
  • Monitoring & Troubleshooting: du erkennst Fehler in Segmenten, Triggers oder Reports – und behebst sie
  • Zusammenarbeit mit dem Marketing-Team beim Versand von Kampagnen – du kümmerst dich um das Setup, Timing und Reporting
  • Laufende Analyse & Optimierung der Performance (Deliverability, Engagement, Conversion)

Dein Profil

  • Tiefgehende Erfahrung mit Klaviyo: Segmentierung, Flow-Builder, Metrics, Webhooks
  • Shopify-Expert: du verstehst Produkt- und Kundendaten, Tags, und Integrationen
  • Analytisch, strukturiert und lösungsorientiert – du testest gern und denkst prozessual
  • Deutsch auf Muttersprachniveau, Englisch sicher
  • Erfahrung mit Tools wie Loox, Trustpilot oder ähnlichen Integrationen ist ein Plus
