You will work closely with the head chef, manage processes, promote talent within the team, and use your experience to make a significant contribution to guest satisfaction—in an environment that values professionalism, fairness, and further training.

• You will support the kitchen team in planning, organizing, and preparing menus
• You will coordinate processes in the kitchen and support the training and further education of teammates and trainees
• Quality assurance, mise en place planning, and HACCP compliance
• Assistance with cost control, ordering, and warehousing
• Ensuring smooth service during your shift
