The position is available on a full-time or part-time basis.
Your Tasks
- With your deep understanding of large and regulated organisations and your eye for the essential, you get to the heart of complex structures and quickly familiarise yourself with new topics.
- Your daily job: supporting our Business Banking segment with regard to internal, external and regulatory requirements. As a trusted point of contact, you provide valuable, cross-functional guidance and advice on governance, risk, and compliance.
- Handling stakeholder management with confidence, you communicate effectively with our Business Banking Leadership Team, the Head Office, auditors and regulators.
- You skillfully act as an interface to central Governance units as well as the 2nd and 3rd line – and thus play a key role in shaping the Business Banking segment.
- With expertise and foresight, you identify sustainable improvement opportunities in existing processes, drive optimizations, and ensure transparency through clear and accurate process documentation.
- We trust your coordination and monitoring of business risks as well as your competent support for internal and external audits.
Your Profile
- Degree in economics, business administration, business law or equivalent qualification
- Relevant professional experience in a governance, regulatory compliance or in audit; ideally with basic knowledge in the area of Anti-Money-Laundering (AML) / KYC requirements
- Familiarity with IT systems and process landscapes in a banking environment
- Confident in using MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical skills and a high level of accuracy when working with numbers
- Ability to work independently in a structured and solution-oriented manner
- Excellent communication skills, a team-player mindset, and a proactive approach
- Appreciation for an open feedback culture and continuous learning
- A passion for innovation and a feel for sustainable solutions
- Very good written and spoken English; German skills are a strong advantage
