Wir suchen energische und engagierte Schichtleiter (m/w/d), die ein motiviertes und diverses Team von Qualitätstechnikern (m/w/d) sowie Qualitätsprüfern (m/w/d) innerhalb verschiedener Gewerke während unserer Tag- und Nachtschichtbetriebe leiten.

Idealerweise bringst du Erfahrungen in der Organisation von Arbeitsgruppen, der Anleitung von Mitarbeitern (m/w/d), der Überwachung von Fortschritten, der Durchsetzung von Regeln und der Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards mit.

Darüber hinaus bist du in der Lage, funktionsübergreifende Teams zusammenzubringen, um komplexe Probleme effizient zu lösen, und verfügst über ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten zur Zusammenarbeit. Durch deine Präsenz bringst du Struktur in das Team und holst die beste Leistung aus jedem deiner Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) heraus.

What You'll Do- Fachliche- und disziplinarische Leitung der Mitarbeiter (m/w/d)
- Delegierung von Verantwortlichkeiten und Verwaltung von Zeitplänen für ein Team von Qualitätstechnikern sowie -Prüfern (m/w/d)
- Coaching und Schulungen des Teams basierend auf Kontrollplänen
- Eskalation von Qualitätsproblemen bei Bedarf mit dem Management und dem Prozess-TeamFörderung von Verbesserungen bei Qualitätsoperationen
- Bereitstellung regelmäßiger Reportings und Updates für das Qualitäts- sowie Ingenieurteam und das Management
- Durchsetzung von 5S Methode- und Arbeitsplatzhygienestandards
- Kontrolle von Arbeits- und Betriebsmitteln, Sicherstellung des Kalibrierungsstatus von Messgeräten und Sicherstellung der Verfügbarkeit aller Verbrauchs- und Betriebsmittel
What You'll Bring- Technische Meisterausbildung (m/w/d), gerne mit weiterem Abschluss (m/w/d) oder vergleichbares wünschenswert
- Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung mit einem Team von 10 oder mehr Mitarbeitern (m/w/d)
- Zertifizierung in einem qualitätsbezogenen Bereich wie Six-Sigma, TQM (Total-Quality-Management) oder ähnliches ist wünschenswert
- Beherrschung von Konzepten wie SPC (Statistical Process Control), Prozessfähigkeit, PFMEA (Prozess- Fehlermöglichkeits- und Einflussanalyse), Kontrollplanung u.a.
- Hohe Flexibilität in Bezug auf Arbeitszeiten
- Verhandlungssichere Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und gutes Englisch
