Aufgaben
Customer Success:
Du begleitest neue Kunden beim Onboarding, beantwortest Support-Anfragen und stellst sicher, dass sie erfolgreich mit BarBrain starten.Produkt-Importe:
Du unterstützt beim Anlegen von Kundenprodukten und strukturierst Inventurbereiche, damit unsere Nutzer sofort loslegen können.Prozess-Optimierung:
Du hilfst, interne Abläufe zu verbessern und kleine Projekte eigenständig umzusetzen.Team-Support:
Du arbeitest eng mit Operations und Sales zusammen und sorgst dafür, dass im Hintergrund alles glatt läuft.
Qualifikation
Eingeschriebene/r Student/in (Bachelor oder Master) – Studienrichtung flexibel
Lust, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und dich in einem wachsenden SaaS-Startup einzubringen
Strukturierte Arbeitsweise und schnelle Auffassungsgabe
Sicher im Umgang mit digitalen Tools (z.B. Google Sheets, CRM-Systeme)
Kommunikativ, serviceorientiert und zuverlässig
Vorteil: Erste Erfahrung in Customer Success, Gastronomie oder Startups
