Deine Aufgaben

  • Du durchleuchtest unser Konsumentenkreditgeschäft quantitativ genau, analysierst die Neugeschäftsperformance und hilfst uns mit Deinen Ergebnissen und Daten beim strategischen Pricing.
  • Unsere Geschäfts-, Volumen- und Ertragsziele planst und monitorst Du zielführend und bereitest Preis-, Profitabilitäts- sowie Business-Case-Kalkulationen vor, die Du auch abstimmst.
  • Deine regelmäßigen Reportings zur Produkt-Performance helfen uns genauso, die richtigen Entscheidungen zu treffen, wie die von Dir erarbeiteten Maßnahmen zur Intensivierung der Kundenbindung und Cross-Selling-Möglichkeiten.
  • Bei allem, was Du tust, schreibst Du Teamwork groß: Du arbeitest eigenständig mit internen wie externen Schnittstellen zusammen (z. B. Finance, Customer Interaction, Service, Risk) und holst mit Deinen Arbeitsanweisungen, Richtlinien und Verfahrensanweisungen Deine Kolleg*innen zuverlässig ab.
  • Auch bei Projekten zur strategischen Weiterentwicklung unseres Produktes zählen wir auf Deinen Input.

Dein Profil

  • Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Finance, Mathematik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im Produkt- und Preismanagement sowie Know-how zu Bankprodukten und Finanzdienstleistungen wie Wertpapiere, Immobilienfinanzierungen, Girokonten und Konsumentenkredite
  • Fit in MS Excel, PowerPoint, idealerweise SAS
  • Daten- und zahlenaffin
  • Konzeptionelles Denken und ergebnisorientiertes Handeln
  • Fließendes Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
